Only what we need
to review the property.

When you request a property fit review, we store the details you submit so we can examine the property and reply. This may include your name, email, property location, listing link and the question you want us to consider.

We also record basic, non-identifying site events such as page views, calls to action and form completion. We do not store your IP address in this measurement record.

We use this information to respond to the request, understand whether the review process is working and decide whether a deeper scope would be useful. We do not sell the information or use it to make an automated decision about you.

You may ask us to correct or delete a submitted request by replying to the email conversation that follows your submission.
